I was not only a pastry chef but also an athlete, a good boxer, I was first a poor pirate and then an emigrant, I met princes, kings and queens and presidents of the Republic. I have worked with incredible artists, actors, directors, poets, internationally renowned painters. I have published more than 200 books and written the world's first encyclopedia of pastry. I have done this and much more and I would like to tell about it because I have always believed that our experiences are a useful asset only if they are shared.
