By popular demand, the candied-free version of our traditional Colomba.

Expertly rebalanced with more vanilla and more honey, this extraordinary Colomba boasts a rich and tasty dough that is especially soft thanks to Maestro Massari's complex leavening process, which involves four leavings with controlled time and temperature and two doughs, for a total of 65 hours.

An exquisite glaze made with almonds covers the top, trapping the sugar granules.
